Looking ahead also means letting go...
For the last several days, I've been having visions about the future of Love Body, imagining new ways that we can effectively and authentically support you in finding more love for yourself, your body, and the people and world around you, and to enjoy all of those things to their full capacity. As always, transformation, change and moving forward also means letting go. And it's time to do just that.
Each one of us has our own blockages, barriers and binds. Each one of us is "addicted" to a certain way of being. Each one of us has things that we do that once served or comforted us in some way, but now those things are either completely unnecessary or they are straight up holding us back. It took me years to realize that I was actually addicted to suffering, that it was comfortable and familiar to me, and that happiness and success was the thing that was actually frightening me. When I allowed myself to release suffering as a way of being, I could embrace my fear of success and move forward.
I bet at least one or two things came to mind when you read the subject line, "what is holding you back?". And I'm willing to bet, with some honest investigation and self-reflection, you may discover one or two more. But what do you do with all of that? That's where we come in. Letting go is a process. Moving forward with more love is a process. And we developed a beautiful practice for assisting you with those processes.
